The three of us have worked together for over 15 years, building Cherryred around something we believe is increasingly rare in recruitment: long-term relationships.

We understand our clients, our candidates and, most importantly, hospitality.

Before moving into recruitment, we gained hands-on experience across restaurants, pubs, bars and hotels.

That first-hand industry experience, combined with more than 15 years specialising in hospitality recruitment, means we understand the industry from both sides — because we’ve lived it, not just recruited into it.

We’ve worked with everyone from independent restaurants, pubs and start-ups to established restaurant groups and growing brands. Over the years, we’ve built genuine networks, developed a deep understanding of the businesses we work with and connected thousands of great people with great opportunities.

We’re not interested in simply filling vacancies.

We take the time to understand what makes a business tick, what kind of person will thrive there and what candidates are really looking for in their next move.
