Your Responsibilities as a Sous Chef:

Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead, motivate, and support the kitchen brigade during service
Deliver fresh, seasonal dishes with consistency and attention to detail
Monitor stock, ordering, GP, and kitchen efficiency
Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene standards
Train, mentor, and develop junior members of the team
Help create a positive, collaborative kitchen culture where everyone can thrive
