The Role:
Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and help deliver consistently high standards across food, service and the team.

You’ll be hands-on during service, helping to lead and motivate the brigade while ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard.

You’ll also be involved in stock management, GP control, food safety, kitchen standards and developing junior chefs, giving you the opportunity to build valuable experience across all areas of kitchen management.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie ready for the next step
Has a genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food
Is confident leading and supporting a kitchen team
Takes pride in food quality, consistency and presentation
Understands kitchen costs, stock control and GP
Is organised and calm under pressure
Enjoys developing and supporting junior chefs
Wants to build a long-term career in hospitality
