Sales ManagerMulti-Faceted Hospitality & Events Business
Competitive Salary | Full-Time | Excellent Benefits

The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to join a dynamic, multi-faceted hospitality business with a number of venues and revenue streams.

This is a true 360° sales role and would suit someone who genuinely enjoys both the commercial and analytical side of sales, as well as being confident, polished and highly engaging when dealing with clients face-to-face.

We need a real all-rounder — someone who loves the data, understands what the numbers are telling them and can turn that information into action.

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, maximising opportunities across the business, implementing effective systems and processes, and ensuring the sales function is structured, measurable and commercially focused.

The Role
Data is absolutely central to this position.

You will be someone who enjoys getting into the detail — analysing sales performance, conversion rates, enquiries, leads, revenue and client activity, identifying trends and understanding where the opportunities are to bring more business through the doors.

You will take ownership of regular sales reporting and weekly meetings, ensuring that the team understands the numbers, has clear objectives and is accountable for delivering against them.

At the same time, this is a highly visible, client-facing role. You will have the presence, confidence and professionalism to personally meet and build relationships with high-calibre clients and confidently showcase the different venues and facilities across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the overall sales performance across multiple venues and business areas.
Analyse sales data and use it to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage and maintain accurate CRM systems and ensure data integrity is exceptionally high.
Monitor enquiries, leads, conversion, revenue and sales activity.
Produce regular sales reports and meaningful commercial analysis.
Lead and contribute to weekly sales meetings, ensuring clear actions and accountability.
Set up, improve and embed effective sales systems and processes.
Create structure around the sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are actively managed.
Identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategies to maximise them.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure sales opportunities translate into successful delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Personally conduct venue tours and site visits, showcasing the different facilities and experiences available.
Deal confidently with high-end, high-calibre clients, understanding their expectations and delivering a premium level of service.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Ensure all client information and activity is accurately recorded within the CRM.
Monitor performance against targets and proactively address areas requiring improvement.
Use data and commercial insight to influence decision-making across the wider business.
Work closely with senior management to develop and deliver the overall sales strategy.
Continually look for ways to improve processes, increase conversion and drive revenue.
About You
This role requires someone who is commercially minded, incredibly organised and genuinely passionate about sales data.

You will be someone who doesn’t just produce a spreadsheet because they have to — you actually enjoy looking at the numbers, questioning them and working out what they mean for the business.

You will also need a strong personality and excellent presence. When you’re showing a prospective client around one of the venues, you need to be someone who can confidently tell the story of the business, understand what the client needs and ultimately sell the experience.

We’re looking for:

Proven sales management experience within hospitality, events, venues, hotels or a similar multi-faceted environment.
Experience dealing with high-end or high-calibre clients.
Strong CRM experience and an excellent understanding of sales pipelines.
A highly analytical approach with a genuine passion for data.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Experience producing and interpreting sales reports and data.
Someone who understands conversion, lead generation and revenue.
Experience implementing or improving sales systems and processes.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
A confident and engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
The presence and professionalism to conduct high-level client meetings and venue tours.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities.
A proactive, hands-on approach — someone who gets things done.
The ability to work across multiple venues, departments and revenue streams.
Someone who can balance strategy, systems, data and relationships.
This Is Not Just a Sales Role
This is a role for someone who wants to have a genuine commercial impact on the business.

You will be equally comfortable sitting down with a spreadsheet and analysing conversion figures as you are walking a prospective client around a beautiful venue and securing the business.

Data. Systems. Strategy. Relationships. Delivery. Revenue.

You’ll need to be strong across all of them.

If you’re a true 360° sales professional who loves the detail, thrives on targets and data, but also has the personality and presence to win high-end clients, we’d love to hear from you.

The Package
Competitive salary, dependent on experience, alongside an excellent benefits package and the opportunity to join an exciting and growing multi-faceted business.

This is a role where you will have the opportunity to build, improve and genuinely shape the sales function, rather than simply inherit a process.
