Operations Manager – Café Bakery
We’re working with an exciting and growing London café bakery business looking for an energetic, hands-on Operations Manager to join the team.

This is an authentic, made-from-scratch food concept focused on quality, great coffee, warm hospitality and creating welcoming spaces for customers and communities.

The Role:
You’ll oversee multiple café bakery locations, working closely with site managers and senior leadership to ensure excellent standards, strong team performance and commercial success.

You’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple sites
Supporting and developing Café Managers and their teams
Maintaining high standards across food, coffee, service and cleanliness
Monitoring sales, labour, wastage and profitability
Driving operational improvements and customer experience
Supporting recruitment, training and team development
Helping with new site openings and business growth
Ensuring food safety and health & safety standards are maintained
About You

We’re looking for someone with:
3+ years’ multi site experience in hospitality, café, bakery or food-led operations
Multi-site/operational management experience
Strong leadership and people skills
Commercial awareness and confidence with KPIs
A hands-on, positive and proactive approach
A genuine passion for food, coffee and hospitality
