What you’ll be doing as a Kitchen Manager:

Leading a skilled BOH team to deliver consistent quality, fast
Managing kitchen operations, ordering, stock and compliance
Driving food safety, hygiene and H&S standards
Training, developing and inspiring your kitchen crew
Ensuring every plate meets high standards for flavour and freshness
Working closely with FOH and senior management to keep service smooth and efficient
What we’re looking for in a Kitchen Manager:

Proven experience as a Kitchen Assistant Manager, Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a fast-paced, fresh food environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
A cool head under pressure with an eye for detail
Passion for quality, sustainability and great food
Experience managing compliance, stock and rota planning
