Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 plus excellent tips,tronc and profit share

What You’ll Be Doing as a Head Chef:

Leading a high-performing kitchen team with confidence and care
Making sure every dish leaves the pass looking spot-on and tasting amazing
Training, developing, and motivating your crew to be their best
Running smooth, efficient shifts—even when it’s busy
Keeping the kitchen safe, clean, and fully compliant
What We’re Looking For in a Head Chef:

A proven leader from a Head Chef or Senior Sous background
Passionate about food, people, and creating a great team culture
Calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
A natural motivator who leads by example
Strong with numbers—comfortable with stock, cost control, and hitting KPIs
