General Manager – Award-Winning Country Dining Venue, Events & Boutique Rooms | £65000-£75000k + Bonus (OTE £100k)
We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead one of the region’s most impressive hospitality destinations. This is an opportunity to take the reins of a thriving country venue renowned for its seasonal menus, locally sourced produce and exceptional guest experiences.

The business offers an outstanding combination of 2 AA Rosette-quality dining, a busy weddings and events calendar, and 20+ beautifully appointed boutique bedrooms. With an excellent reputation already established, there is exciting scope to continue driving the business forward.

The Package
£65000-£75000k basic salary

Have a proven background leading premium hospitality venues.
Enjoy working within a business that champions seasonal ingredients, local suppliers and fresh, quality cooking.
Can successfully oversee a restaurant, bar, boutique accommodation and a high-volume weddings and events operation.
Are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
Lead, coach and inspire a large management team to consistently deliver outstanding standards.
Have strong commercial awareness and a track record of growing sales and profitability.
Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Have exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail.
Are confident managing budgets, KPIs, staffing and overall business performance.
The Role
As General Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of this prestigious venue, ensuring excellence across every department. Working alongside the senior leadership team, you’ll continue to build on the venue’s success, develop your managers and maintain the exceptional standards the business is known for.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a General Manager within a premium hospitality environment.
A strong background in quality food-led operations, with a passion for seasonal menus and locally sourced produce.
Experience managing weddings, private events or destination venues is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Commercially minded with strong financial management experience.
A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people.
