• Key Responsibilities
o Management: Ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining the quality and standards of the brand.
o Staff Management: Recruiting, training, managing, and developing restaurant staff, including creating schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing disciplinary actions as needed.
o Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service, addressing customer complaints, and fostering an environment that encourages repeat business.
o Inventory Control involves managing inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies, conducting regular inventory audits, and negotiating with suppliers to secure cost-effective contracts.
o Financial Management: This involves overseeing the restaurant’s economic performance, including setting and achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and preparing financial reports.
o Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant’s jurisdiction and adherence to EHO laws
o Marketing and Promotion: Working with marketing teams or consultants to promote the restaurant, develop marketing strategies, and implement promotional events to attract customers.
o Menu Development: Collaborating with the founders and management team to develop and refresh menu offerings when needed
o Facility Maintenance: This involves overseeing the restaurant’s building and equipment maintenance, ensuring that all areas are kept clean and in good repair.
Skills and Qualifications
o Experience: Several years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the hospitality industry is typically required.
o Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
o Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, focusing on providing a positive dining experience.
o Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles, with the ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
o Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of handling challenging situations with discretion and professionalism.
o Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.

Educational Requirements

• £40,000 salary, give or take (reviewed once probation period is over)
• £200 a-week bonus
• Contracted 48hours per week
• Four weeks’ holiday per year
