The Role
Working alongside the General Manager, you’ll help lead the day-to-day operation, ensuring high standards across service, people and guest experience.

You’ll be hands-on during busy services, lead and develop the team, support training and help create a positive environment for both guests and staff.

Has management experience in a quality pub, restaurant or gastro pub
Is confident leading a team during busy services
