We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our stunning fresh food gastro pub in the heart of the Sevenoaks countryside. Set in a beautiful location, our pub is renowned for its exceptional food, warm hospitality, and bustling atmosphere.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences while leading and inspiring a successful team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business.
Leading the team from the front and delivering exceptional customer service.
Motivating, training and developing a passionate front of house team.
Ensuring consistently high standards of food, drink and service.
Managing shifts, opening and closing the business confidently.
Driving sales while maintaining excellent labour and stock controls.
Creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests return time and time again.
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and team development.
Maintaining excellent health & safety and licensing standards.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager within a busy gastro pub, premium pub or fresh food restaurant.
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A hands-on approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Commercial awareness with a proactive attitude.
A team player who enjoys developing others and leading by example.
