Your Role:
Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy site
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Recruit, train and develop team members
Drive sales, performance and operational standards
Maintain high standards of food, service and cleanliness
Take ownership of shifts and confidently lead the business in the GM’s absence
What We’re Looking For:
Previous Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor/Deputy Manager experience within fast-casual or QSR hospitality
A hands-on, energetic and confident leader
Passionate about food, people and exceptional service
A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
Ambitious and keen to develop within a growing business
