What we’re looking for in Assistant General Manager:
Proven experience as an AGM, Senior Assistant Manager, or Junior AGM
A background in hospitality, social entertainment, or leisure
Strong leadership with the ability to energise, motivate, and build a positive team culture
Self-motivation and initiative – especially important in this autonomous, regional site
A connection to the local community and an understanding of what makes it tick
