As an Training and Development Manager , you will:
• Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and high standards.
• A positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging development and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all operational standards and procedures.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and development to Store Managers, ensuring they are supported in delivering high standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive culture across all stores by mentoring teams and ensuring excellent service.
• Support in recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives across all locations.
