Must-Have :

· Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant with a steak background.

· Passion and knowledge of beef produce and steak cooking techniques.

· Fantastic leadership skills and strong communication skills.

. Be well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· A strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality.

· A thorough understanding of current kitchen compliance requirements.

· Full-time commitment of a minimum of 35 hours per week with complete flexibility to work throughout the week.
